Through sharing ideas for resources and pedagogy using ICT in the classroom we will be able to improve our own practice and gradually change the college culture.
Participation is voluntary and you choose how much you want to commit to reading articles, discussing ideas, reporting on your results and being part of the conversation.
I see my role as being that of a facilitator and encourager as well as a participant.
Hopefully you may be interested in in doing some organised action research on one aspect of your teaching in one of your classes.
